James started playing Ultimate in 2003 on Vancouver Island and was hooked early on. He has gone on to play on various other islands including Oahu, Australia, Cortes, North America, and Salt Spring.
James’s various roles in Ultimate have included Coach, Captain, Ultimate Society President, Spirit Captain, Old Guy, League Co-ordinator, Pirate, Chili maker, and ‘not that kind of Captain’.
He loves sharing Ultimate with new friends and always travels with a disc. James is very excited to be part of the Ultimate Peace family and share experiences with the youth and coaches.
