Teem grew up in the Tien Shan foothills of Kyrgyzstan. Born in South Korea, Teem lived and studied in nine different countries before moving to Israel for medical school. His first encounter with ultimate was as a freshman at Knox College. Since then, he has played ultimate around the world and currently bounces around a few teams in Israel. He is currently very busy trying to become the next camp doctor.
