Abigail grew up playing pickup with her cross country team but didn’t discover the game of ultimate until her senior year of college at The University of Alabama. After running competitively for almost 10 years, she loves how ultimate combines endurance, speed, and mental toughness, but most importantly, is about sportsmanship, being a good teammate, and having fun!

Abigail has played club (Ramma Jamma, Turmoil, Hustle&Flow, and Stax), captained summer leagues, coached youth ultimate, and currently serves on the board of MUDA, a local association dedicated to advancing the sport of ultimate in Memphis while developing, enhancing, and promoting character, community, and a healthy lifestyle. She’s traveled internationally to 11 different countries, and loves playing pickup (s/o to CUT, Headless, and Yellow Fever!). Abigail has degrees in nutrition and business, and is passionate about health, coffee, books, and the oxford comma.
