Hey, my name is Adam Melfa but most of my friends and team call me Sasquatch because I hit 6’5 when I was 15 years old. I started Ultimate one fine day after lunch with my friends in high school and have never put the disc down since. I am currently a captain for the Salisbury Buzz at my graduate school where I study Conflict Resolution. Ultimate Peace has me incredibly excited, because it combines the two things I am passionate about, teaching people the love and spirit of Ultimate Frisbee, and spreading peace, if only my third love heavy metal was involved than I would never want to leave!
