Liz played Ultimate for 17 years, starting at Tufts Univ. in 1978 before there were women’s teams. She went on to play with BLU (Boston Ladies Ultimate) winning the first women’s national championship in 1981. She played with a number of other teams in Boston and then back in her home town of New York City, competing in 7 nationals and 2 worlds. Liz is freelance musician, singer, composer and teacher. She’s performed on esteemed staged from Carnegie Hall to the Newport Folk Festival, and has garnered three Grammy nominations as a member of Brady Rymer and The Little Band That Could.
