Over the past few months three new communities have joined the UP Family, all because of hard work put in by dedicated UP Staff and Volunteers.

3rd year CIT Yonantan Ben Haim started a practice in Herzliya, a suburb of Tel Aviv.  The group started out small, but they are growing and now have more than ten players coming out every week.

UP Coach Chris Panna teaches History at the Walworth Barbour American International School, where they already teach basic disc skills as part of their PE curriculum.  He was able to help get UP in the door, and now we have a weekly practice there as well.

UP Coach Itamar Nahum lived last year in the far north of Israel, and laid the seeds which we are now reaping in Yesod HaMa’ala.  The newest and smallest of our practices right now, but there is good energy and a bright future.

Of course, while these volunteer coaches got the ball rolling, the mantel has been picked up by our fantastic local coaching staff of Fellows.
